Bladex the stats he put up their were just the minimum the max would probably be having them at 99 or higher, depending on the server.

yeah , you can be 99, or just make a hybrid pure, it took me a couple of hours max, but its worth it, i have the outfit ready!, it looks epic  , hope you both can join

Ok, just so you know pker kyle, one is a 525 server and the other one is 317. Graphic and items are way different.
