1) I think the announcement bar should be displayed on all pages and should have the server status and i was use http://status.blackout-gaming.net/ there nice clean and updates every 3mins so everyone will know if the server is online/offline its also not a big image its text like Online Or Offline And Its Up There Here Is The Code

2) I think that we should have a few groups 1:admin 2: mod 3: Cbox Mods 4: Donator/V.I.P. This Is Pretty Nice Groups And Gives Everyone A Fare Chance In Geting In As We Need Staff Ofcorse.
3) Okay the welcome message at the top should have this code in it with nothing else
