well, itachi creates his own sigs with a program called gimp, it takes a bit of skill to even use it but getting it as good as itachi does is really something

alot of people use gimp but some prefer others like photoshop

well if you cant make your own go to leetscape.com i use that there not best sigs but there good

gimp is just like photoshop but FREE so use gimp i use it myself and it is quite fun to use and also can make epic sigs
